JI Jini Invoice Open app

Effective date: 25 May 2026

Terms of Use

These terms describe the rules for using Jini Invoice.

These are initial operating terms for the current product. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed before a wider public launch.

1. Acceptance

By signing in to or using Jini Invoice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Business Tool Only

Jini Invoice is a business invoice creation and record tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for checking that your invoices, GST settings, ABN details, client details, payment terms, and records are correct for your business.

3. Account Access

You must use your own account and keep access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict, suspend, or remove access if needed for security, abuse prevention, operational reasons, or breach of these terms.

4. Your Data And Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, generate, share, download, print, or send through the app. You must not enter information you do not have the right to use.

5. Invoice Status And Records

Draft invoices are working records. Created invoices are intended to be treated as final business records in the app. If you need to correct a created invoice, use the available app workflow instead of assuming the app has changed a previously issued invoice.

6. PDF, Share, Download, And Print

The app can generate invoice PDFs on demand for sharing, downloading, or printing. In the current version, generated PDF files are not intended to be stored as a permanent PDF archive by the app. You are responsible for keeping any external copies your business needs.

7. Promotional Access And Limits

The app may provide promotional or free access. Usage limits, including monthly invoice creation limits, may apply and may be changed by an administrator. Future paid features or subscriptions will require separate pricing and approval before they are enabled for users.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's data, overload the service, upload malicious content, or use the app for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

9. Availability And Changes

We aim to keep the app available, but availability is not guaranteed. We may update, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The app depends on third-party services such as Cloudflare and Google. Their services may have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, outages, and security requirements.

11. Backups And Exports

The current version does not provide a full self-serve backup-and-restore workflow. Keep any business records, downloaded PDFs, or accounting backups that your business requires outside the app.

You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important business records, invoices, downloaded PDFs, accounting records, and any information required for tax, legal, or operational purposes. Jini Invoice should not be treated as the only storage location for critical business records.

12. Disclaimer And Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect invoice data entered by users, tax or accounting decisions, third-party service issues, or use of generated documents without review.
