Please do not send passwords, Google secrets, customer payment details, or other sensitive information in feedback messages.
What To Send
Feedback is especially useful when it includes what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and whether the issue happened on iPhone, Android, Windows, or another device.
Good Feedback Topics
Report invoice layout problems, confusing fields, missing invoice details, GST or total display concerns, PDF share/download issues, login problems, mobile layout issues, wording that is unclear, or feature ideas for future versions.
